I would like to give a big shoutout hug to the man that was so kind to me this morning. My heat was off for the night as the pro-series thermometer was locked. I had called 3 other emergency heat companies for help and not one tried to help as they said they had no idea but would come out today and have a look. They then informed me I would have to pay for a service call and then pay for a new thermometer as it was probably defective – but it is only a year old. I called your office this morning and the person that helped me got the instructions out of a new thermometer box and within 5 minutes I had the heat back on.
